As I’ve said previously on this blog, I love the idea of all things self-aware. There are so many people who tell me they are taking their self-awareness to the next level by doing things in ways that are far less self-aware.

In case you haven’t heard, I was talking to a buddy a day or two ago about how I had started the process of becoming aware of the things I do and the things I have going on. In fact, many experts believe that the best way to become less self-conscious and more aware of the world around us is to practice mindfulness meditation. Meditation can be a difficult process, but it doesn’t have to be. In fact, if you’ve ever tried any other type of meditation, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

Mindfulness is a practice of being aware of the present moment, without judgment or preconceptions. It’s a practice that helps you appreciate and accept yourself, what you do, and what you’re doing.

The main purpose of meditation is to gain the experience of being aware of the world around you. It’s a way to change your perception of the present and the world around you. It’s a way to learn and improve yourself. It’s a way to begin to live a more positive and fulfilling life.

This is the time when it’s so easy to get caught up in the moment and forget to keep an eye on how we’re behaving. Once we forget to look around and notice what we’re doing, the chances are that we’ll make it all the way to our destination, only to find that we’ve gone a bit too far. We have to stop and look around and take a moment and try to get our minds back on track.
